Returns

Cardinal Impressions will accept the return of defective merchandise for a store credit within 10 days of date of delivery. Any returns purchased on this website must be accompanied by the original receipt and requires prior authorization by Cardinal Impressions.  All packaging must also be included in your return. 

Please note: we will not accept returns on any custom orders unless there are errors on our part.

 In order to obtain a return authorization, please email service@cardinalimpressions.com with your name, order number, details of the problem and any photos.
Once you receive a return authorization, shipping instructions will be provided. Items will not be accepted without a return authorization.

ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.

 We reserve the right to refuse products for return that have been altered.
